Thank You

to the Bowen Island Community Foundation and the Knick Knack Nook Small Grants program for their generous support of this event.

Want to volunteer? We need help with day of set-up & tear-down, face painting, rock painting, bannock station, community art project, Inuit games, trivia, sports & field games, and more! Shifts are 9:15 -11:30am, and 11:15 - 1:30pm. Volunteers must be ages 12+.

Join us as a vendor! Tables are free for community organizations, and $20 each for local merchants. There is no charge for Indigenous merchants. The event is set up entirely outdoors, in direct sun. Rec is unable to supply tents - please bring your own shade source.

Community Organizations (non-profits, causes, interest groups, educators…) are strongly encouraged to include an interactive component at your table, to engage your fellow community members and demonstrate your connection to our theme of reconciliation, celebration, and community. Examples include: quiz, game or challenge!

Merchants (local artists, makers, businesses, eateries…) are encouraged to link their products to our theme of reconciliation, celebration, and community.

Food vendors: please note that we are unable to supply power for your booths - all food and beverage items must be safe to sell using your own portable coolers. Vendors will have shared access to the BICS kitchen to access the sink / freezer only, with no use of the oven or stove.
